Chapter Objectives

  1. Identify school and district resources, policies, and procedures teachers should have in place to provide necessary support for effective classroom integration of technology.
  2. For each of several classroom situations where technology is being used or planned for use, describe an ethical and legal response a teacher might have to the situation.
  3. Use the five-phase technology integration planning model to develop a sample classroom technology integration strategy.
  4. Develop an action research plan to evaluate the impact of a given technology integration strategy.
