Introduction
to gathering, organizing, and writing news and feature stories. Students
will learn about the nature of news,
techniques
in research, interviewing and reporting, the news writing style
through workbook exercises, covering real news events,
writing news stories, and working toward writing for publication in
the College newspaper.
All class participants will be listed as reporters in the College
newspaper, both print and online editions.
